Healthy Holidays: Live healthier, lose weight and feel energized this holiday season

This holiday season choose to thrive instead of just survive


The holidays should be about family and community but they so quickly become full of stressful meals, travel, and an elaborate juggling act keeping everyone happy. With all the busyness of the holidays you have the added stress of feeling like you have to constantly choose between an "unhealthy" choice (cookies) or a "healthy" choice (salad). But when you decide in advance what works for you you're not constantly struggling with what you should eat or not eat. You know when to indulge because you'll enjoy it and when not to because you will regret it.

You know what to do to be "healthy," but the holiday bells you hear ringing are just an invitation to eat more.

  • Imagine you felt calm, energized and well-rested. That you actually got to enjoy the holidays!
  • How about waking up on January 1 and feeling awesome because you have already achieved your goals. You don't need to waste time creating resolutions you'll probably break in a few weeks anyway.
  • Instead, you head into 2018 with the confidence and knowledge that you are living a healthier life. Whether that means you have lost those last 12 pounds and feel sexy and energized, that you sleep better, think clearer, and feel more "like yourself' than you have in years.

Together we will create your healthy living goal to smash during the holiday season. Then you will have 12 weeks of support and accountability so that you achieve that goal in a way that feels fun and still lets you enjoy the holidays.

You'll have me by your side through Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa and New Years - whatever you celebrate.

Your health does NOT have to go to shit during the holidays. When you are clear on your intentions, having a healthier and more enjoyable holiday becomes effortless.

You have enough going on during the actual holidays so we will take the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's off (and you'll have the option to take other holidays off as well). During those times, you'll have my support so you don't eat ALL THE COOKIES, but you won't have any new exercises (or exercise). No new material will be released so you can concentrate on your healthy lifestyle choices and spending time with you family. We’ll create a lot of great memories together during the challenge but I want you to be able to create your own as well.

We begin on Monday, November 13 (I hate waiting for things to start).

When does the program start and finish?
The program begins Monday, November 13 and runs for 12 weeks ending Sunday, February 4th, 2018.
Why coaching?
Working with a health coach is a transformative journey. Working one-on-one with a health coach can cost thousands of dollars. With this program I wanted to make coaching accessible and create a vibrant and supportive community.

How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to the course resources on this site as long as I am running the course. The Facebook group will be archived on February 5, 2018, meaning you can view posts, videos, and resources but not make new posts or receive feedback from Maya.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
I would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact me in the first 30 days and I will give you a refund less a $49 processing fee.
